Web dewelopment for your business

Web development, also known as website development, refers to the tasks associated with creating, building, and maintaining websites and web applications that run online on a browser. It may, however, also include web design, web programming, and database management. Web development is closely related to the job of designing the features and functionality of apps (web design). The term development is usually reserved for the actual construction of these things (that is to say, the programming of sites). The basic tools involved are programming languages called HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and JavaScript. There are, however, a number of other programs used to “manage” or facilitate the construction of sites that would otherwise have to be done “from scratch” by writing code. A number of content management systems (CMS) fall into this category, including WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal, TYPO3, and Adobe Experience Manager, among others.

working process

step 1

Request analysis

In the first phase of creating a website with the client, we try to gather as much information that is relevant to the project. The first step is actually the most important. It includes a detailed introduction to the business of the company for which the website is working.

step 2

Design

When designing a website, we use ready-made templates that we further modify and harmonize with the visual identity of your company. We opted for this way of working because it significantly speeds up the process of creating a website and reduces its price, but not quality. We usually offer 3-5 different design styles.

step 3

Programming

This phase depends on your request, ie whether you want a static website or a dynamic website. In short, content is initially entered on a static web page during design, and the client does not have the ability to add and edit content, while dynamic web pages do. The "tool" for editing and adding content to a website is the CMS system.

step 4

Optimization

Many skip the website optimization phase, so we will try to raise awareness of the importance of this step in website development. Users search the Internet every day with countless websites. Those first few web pages that appear on search results (Google, Yahoo. Bing, etc.) usually grab all the attention of users.

step 5

Testing

Now that the website is ready, testing follows. First of all, we like to know if our design code is up to standard, so we test the entire website in a W3C validator that goes through our HTML code in detail and reports any errors. Then we evaluate the program code, making sure that we do not hide any "Bug".

step 6

Delivery

Once we are convinced that everything is as we imagined, delivery follows. On the day of delivery, there is no need for changes because the final version of your new website has been available on our test server for several days. So that day your new website is just uploaded to our production server, the domain is redirected and the email messages are synced. It takes one to two business days to deliver a website online.

Web development is closely related to the job of designing the features and functionality of websites and apps (often called “web design”), but the “web development” term is usually reserved for the actual construction and programming of websites and apps.
